GREEN RELISH 
4 c. ground onion
4 c. ground cabbage
4 c. ground tomatoes
12 hot peppers
6 sweet peppers
1/2 c. salt
6 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. mustard
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
4 c. vinegar
2 c. water

Grind all together, sprinkle with salt, let stand overnight. Rinse and drain. Heat to boiling, simmer 3 minutes. Pack in jars and seal. (Better not rinsed).
