Round steak cut in pieces 1 can beef broth 3/4 c. can water Onions 1 can mushrooms Pound the round steak pieces then pound in flour on both sides. Brown the meat. Pour in beef broth, water, onions, and mushrooms. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees or 2 hours. Take meat out and make gravy. Put meat back in and cook for another 1/2 hour in gravy. Cook covered. If you don't use beef broth, you may use 1 can mushroom soup, 1 package dry onion soup and approximately 1 1/2 cups of water. Cook as directed. You may need to add more water as this cooks. |
