SHRIMP ELEGANTE 
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. cleaned shrimp
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (fresh can be used)
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. chili sauce
1 2/3 c. water
1 1/3 c. Minute Rice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temp.)
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. chives or parsley

Saute onion in butter. Add shrimp and mushrooms, saute until shrimp are pink. Combine salt, pepper, chili sauce, water and add to shrimp, bring to a boil. Stir in rice, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Then combine cheese and flour and add to mixture. Heat gently. Add chives and parsley if desired. Serve with green salad and French bread.
