POTATO/ITALIAN STUF 
4 potatoes

Microwave potatoes, poke holes and cook 10 minutes on Hi; wrap in foil and let set for 5 minutes. Squeeze, slit lengthwise and fluff with fork.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 cooked chicken breast
1 c. zucchini
1/2 c. onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. fennel seed
1/4 tsp. pepper
