ITALIAN BAKED POTATOES 
Potatoes
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Garlic (tiny pieces)
Basil
Tomatoes
Grated Romano cheese
Oil
Water

Quarter the potatoes (as many to fit your baking dish). Add salt, pepper, oregano, garlic, and basil to taste. Add slices of tomatoes on top of the potatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Fill the pan with water, to top of potatoes. Add a little oil over top. Bake in oven until potatoes are cooked.
