CHILI SAUCE 
1 basket tomatoes
12 lg. onions, chopped fine
1 bunch celery, chopped fine
6 mangoes, chopped fine
1 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. salt, add more if needed
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. pepper

Bring to boil, then reduce heat, cook for 3 hours or longer depending how thick you like it. You must keep mixing from the bottom so it won't burn.
