MEXICAN CHICKEN DISH 
1 lg. can canned milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. chopped onion
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. green chilies, chopped
1 c. or more chopped cooked chicken
1 med. bag Fritos

Mix canned milk, soup, onion, chilies, cooked chicken and half of the cheese. Pour in casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and Fritos. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Or microwave on high until bubbling all through. Serves up to 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
