MEXICAN BEAN DIP 
2 lb. ground beef
2 cans refried beans (soup can size)
2 sm. cans tomatoes and jalapeno peppers
Chili powder and hot sauce to taste
1 1/2 lb. Colby cheese

Brown beef and drain off fat. Mix all ingredients in crockpot or large chafing dish. Stir occasionally. Serve with tortilla chips.
