MEXICAN SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can Ranch style beans, washed
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
10 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1 lg. head lettuce
2 tomatoes
1 pkg. corn chips

Brown meat with onions and green peppers. Drain. Drain and wash Ranch style beans, then add them to meat. Break apart lettuce. Chop tomatoes and grate cheese. Combine mixture. You can increase by adding more lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and corn chips.
