MICROWAVE BEER CHEESE FONDUE 
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp natural cheese
1 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. beer
Dash hot pepper sauce
Cubed bagels

Stir together cheese and flour. Heat 3/4 cup beer uncovered at high for 2 minutes (until it bubbles). Add pepper sauce. Stir in cheese. Cook uncovered on medium 5 minutes until melted and mixture is blended. Stir twice. Serve warm and with bagels.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
