CHICKEN AND SAUSAGE WITH PEPPERS
AND ONIONS
 
2 lbs. Italian sausage
1 lb. boneless chicken
1 lg. green pepper
1 med. onion
Your own sauce or Ragu sauce

Slice onions and peppers and saute. Remove from pan, then brown cut up chicken and sausage. Remove from pan and blot with paper towels. Take fat out of pan and add sauce to pan, then peppers, onions and meat Cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat

When browning chicken add salt, pepper and garlic powder. Tastes better when it can sit for a few hours in refrigerator, then reheat.
