CHICKEN AND RICE 
2 c. uncooked rice
Chicken parts (your preference)
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
2 c. orange juice
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix

In ungreased baking pan, 9 x 12, spread 2 cups uncooked rice, over bottom. Place chicken, skin side up, on top of dry rice. Mix together 1 cup of cream of mushroom soup and 2 cups orange juice. Pour this mixture over chicken and rice. Sprinkle with onion soup mix over the top. Cover with foil and bake 2 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Serve with salad and vegetable.
