MEXICAN SAUSAGE AND MACARONI
SALAD
 
COMBINE:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked
1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage, cooked and drained
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 (8 oz.) can corn, drained
2 med. tomatoes, diced
1 sm. green pepper, diced
1/2 c. green onions, sliced
1/2 c. green or black olives, sliced
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

DRESSING:

1/2 c. bottled taco sauce
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. basil leaves

Blend dressing ingredients and toss with salad. Chill before serving.
