HOT POTATO AND SAUSAGE SALAD 
6 med. sized potatoes (about 2 lb.)
1 (1 lb.) kielbasa
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Italian green beans
1 med. size onion, chopped
Salad oil (if needed)
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seeds
1/3 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley

Peel potatoes. Cut potatoes and kielbasa into 3/4 inch thick slices. Place in 12-inch skillet over high heat 3/4 inch boiling water. When potatoes start to boil reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until potatoes are tender; adding green beans during last 5 minutes of cooking time. Drain and set to one side.

In same skillet over medium heat, cook kielbasa until brown. Remove to plate. In drippings remaining in skillet over medium heat cook onion until tender, add salad oil if necessary. Stir in onion until tender, add salad oil if necessary.

Stir in flour, sugar, salt and celery seeds until blended. Add vinegar and 1 1/4 cup water. Cook until mixture boils and thickens carefully stir in potatoes, green beans and kielbasa heat through. Stir in parsley. Serves 6.
