HOT SAUSAGE & POTATO SALAD 
4 slices bacon
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery seed
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. cooked, cubed potatoes
2 Polish sausages, bias cut
1 tbsp. snipped parsley

Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings. Cook onion in drippings until soft. Stir in flour, sugar, salt, celery seed and pepper. Add vinegar and water. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Add potatoes, sliced sausage and parsley. Spoon into 1 quart casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Make 2 servings.
