CHOCOLATE CREAM ROLL 
Sift together 4 times:

3/4 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. cocoa
5 eggs, separated
1 c. sifted flour

Sift together the flour, salt and cocoa four times. Beat egg yolks to soft peak. Beat egg whites to soft peak. Fold sugar into egg whites. Fold in egg yolks. Fold in flour mixture. Pour batter into 10"x15" cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn out on towel and roll up. When cool, unroll and spread with Cream Filling.

CREAM FILLING:

5 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
Dash salt
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour and milk and cook to paste, constantly stirring. Cool. Cream the Crisco and sugar in a small bowl. Add salt and the flour mixture. Add vanilla and beat until fluffy.
