MOON CAKE 
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
1 carton Cool Whip
Chocolate syrup

Bring to boil water and butter. Add flour all at once and stir until dough leaves side of pan.

Beat eggs one at a time, until light and creamy. Spread in jelly roll pan (greased). Bake in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. Cool.

Mix together cream cheese, vanilla pudding and milk. Spread on crust. Cover with Cool Whip, drizzle with chocolate syrup.
