MASHED POTATO STUFFING CASSEROLE 
Instant mashed potatoes, enough for 12 servings, prepared according to pkg. directions
2 chicken bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1/2 c. hot water
2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1 beaten egg
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix together bouillon, stuffing mix, egg, onion, parsley, celery salt and pepper. Fold in mashed potatoes. Turn into greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
