2 c. soft bread crumbs

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. honey
2 tsp. water
1 tsp. vinegar

Grind beef, ham, and pork together. Saute celery and onion until almost tender. Add all following ingredients and mix with meat. Make small loaves and place in shallow buttered pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 to 45 minutes.

During this baking period, prepare the topping. Mix sugar, honey, water, vinegar, mustard and cloves and just bring to a boil. Remove loaves from pan to a second shallow pan. Pour topping over loaves and bake another 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 12.
