JOHNNY M. CASSEROLE 
1 lb. chopped chuck
1 pkg. sloppy joe mix
1 can tomato paste
1 1/4 c. water
1 can corn, drained
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
2 c. cooked elbow macaroni

Start macaroni cooking. Brown ground chuck and drain. Stir in the sloppy joe mix, water, and tomato paste. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes. Drain and rinse lightly the macaroni, add to beef mixture. Add 1 cup of the cheese and the can of corn to the mixture and stir in. Pour into a greased casserole. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
