TACO BAKE 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. water
1 pkg. dry taco mix
1 sm. can sliced olives (optional)
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. (12) flat, corn taco shells

In a small amount of oil, brown ground beef, onion and garlic; drain off fat and add tomato sauce, water, olives, flour, vinegar and taco mix. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Butter an oblong baking dish and layer meat sauce and taco shells, beginning and ending with the meat sauce. Sprinkle grated cheese over top and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes and serve.
