DUTCH BABIES 
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter

Melt butter in glass pie pan in microwave for 15 minutes. Mix together with beater or in food processor the eggs, flour, milk and salt. Pour into pan with melted butter and bake in microwave for 6-7 minutes; turning once after 3 minutes. Serve immediately with pancake syrup, powdered sugar, or any seasonal fruit.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
