1 c. nuts
1 c. coconut
German chocolate cake mix (with pudding)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter

Line pan with nuts and coconut. Pour prepared cake mix over nuts and coconut. Mix cheese, sugar and butter until creamy. Dab over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
