CRACKER DIP 
2 medium fish fillets
¼ cup diced dill pickle
¼ cup diced onion
3 tablespoons mayonnaise, heaping
5 tablespoons liquid smoke
3 tablespoons Worcestershire
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Fish spread and crackers.

Microwave filets until translucent, (oily types of fish such as mackerel, etc work well).

Remove moisture and mash with fork; add all ingredients and mix thoroughly. When using some fish (or for a finer texture), complete recipe by pulsing briefly in a blender.

Cool in refrigerator before serving.

Makes a very good appetizer and cracker spread. Adjust recipe to your taste!
