GRILLED TUNA SANTA FE | |
1/2 c. fresh lime juice 1/2 c. beer 4 tsp. cumin 1/2 tsp. salt Fresh tuna fillets or steaks for each person Sliced avocado, salsa (optional) 4 cloves garlic, minced 3 tbsp. oil 4 tsp. Dijon mustard Combine lime juice, beer, oil, cumin, mustard, salt and garlic in a large shallow dish. Marinate for 2 hours, turning occasionally. Grill on preheated BBQ, approximately 5 minutes each side. Serve with salsa and a slice of avocado, if desired. |
