GRILLED TUNA SANTA FE 
1/2 c. fresh lime juice
1/2 c. beer
4 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
Fresh tuna fillets or steaks for each person
Sliced avocado, salsa (optional)
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp. oil
4 tsp. Dijon mustard

Combine lime juice, beer, oil, cumin, mustard, salt and garlic in a large shallow dish. Marinate for 2 hours, turning occasionally. Grill on preheated BBQ, approximately 5 minutes each side. Serve with salsa and a slice of avocado, if desired.

This is only the second grilled tuna recipe I've ever tried and I WILL be making this again! My family loved it. I might not use quite as much cumin next time, because that flavor was very predominant in the finished dish, but the taste was still quite wonderful.
