SANTA FE STEW | |
2 lb. lean ground beef 2 (10 oz. ea.) cans Rotel (1 mild, 1 regular) 2 (15 oz.) cans pinto beans 1 (15 oz.) can black beans 1 (15 oz.) can great northern beans 2 (15 oz. ea.) cans whole kernel corn, drained 1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes 2 env. mild taco seasoning 2 env. HIDDEN VALLEY® powder ranch dressing 1 1/2 cups water 1 tsp. pepper Brown ground beef and drain. While meat is draining add all other ingredients into pan and mix together. Add meat and mix well. Bring to simmer and then put lid and simmer for at least 30 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes. I also love to make corn bread muffins and mix muffins into your bowl right before you eat it. Makes a lot!
