CHUNKY CHOCOLATE CHIP PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES | |
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 3/4 c. butter, softened 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. Nestle Toll House chocolate chips 1/2 c. chopped nuts Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a small bowl. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and peanut butter in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Press down slightly to flatten into 2-inch circles. Bake in preheated 375°F oven for 7 to 10 minutes or until edges are set, but centers are still soft. Let stand for 4 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely. Makes about 3 dozen cookies. |
