DAIQUIRI PIE 
4 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding
3 oz. pkg. lime gelatin
1 1/2 c. water
1/3 c. light rum
4 oz. container thawed frozen whipped topping
1 baked 9" graham crust
1 tbsp. lime juice

Combine pudding mix, gelatin and water in saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to full boil and is thickened and clear. Remove from heat. Stir in rum and lime juice. Chill until slightly thickened.

Blend whipped topping into chilled pudding mixture. Spoon into cooled pie crust. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Garnish with additional whipped topping, if desired.
