SPINACH PIE 
1 lb. Italian sausage, cooked, cut up
6 eggs
2 (10 oz.) pkgs frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
16 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2/3 c. Ricotta cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Line 10 inch pie pan with regular crust. Fill and top with crust. Bake 1 1/4 hour at 375 degrees.
