CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
4 cans of White Chicken Breast 2 cans of cream of chicken soup 1 can sliced water chestnuts 1 jar of pimentos 1 8 oz. sour cream 1 stick of butter 2 packs of Ritz Crackers Layer bottom of dish with 1 pack Ritz Crackers. Cut up half of butter and chip pieces over crackers. Mix cans of chicken breast (drained) with cream of chicken soup, water chestnuts (drained), pimentos and sour cream. Mix together and spread over crackers evenly. Put more Ritz Crackers on top of spread with the other half of butter. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook until casserole starts to bubble. |
