MEXICAN CHICKEN 
4 whole chicken breasts
1 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel
1 (8 oz.) pkg. taco Doritos
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese

Boil chicken. Bone; cut into bite size pieces. Line 2-quart shallow greased casserole dish with slightly crushed Doritos. Put chicken and chopped onion on top. Mix rest of ingredients, except cheese. Pour over chicken and Doritos. Top with shredded cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
