MEXICAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 bag reg. Doritos 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cheddar cheese soup 1 can Ortega chopped green chilies, undrained 6 chicken breasts, cooked, deboned, shredded 1 lb. grated longhorn cheese Sliced black olives, as desired Sliced tomatoes, as desired Garlic salt, to taste Chili powder, to taste 1/8 c. milk Pour Doritos in bottom of 9 x 18 inch buttered pan. Mix together soups and chilies. Pour over Doritos. Layer chicken, cheese, olives and tomatoes in order given. Sprinkle garlic salt and chili powder on top. Pour milk around edges to keep from drying out. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
