SHRIMP CASSEROLE | |
1 c. butter 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/3 c. chopped parsley 1/2 tsp. paprika Dash cayenne 1/2 c. sherry 4 lbs. shrimp, cleaned, cooked (boil 1 1/2-2 minutes) (20-25 ct.) 2 c. soft breadcrumbs Melt butter in saucepan. Add garlic, paprika, cayenne and sherry. Mix well. Simmer 25 minutes. Add shrimp and bread crumbs and place in casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve over rice. Serves 8. |
