DELICIOUS SALAD 
1 lg. (6 oz.) strawberry Jello
2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple WITH juice
1 (10 oz.) box sliced strawberries
1 1/2 c. sour cream

Jell 1/2 of mixture. Add 1 1/2 cups sour cream and spread over top and add other 1/2 of Jello. Chill until ready to serve. Serves 10 to 12.

Top with remaining 1/2 of mixture. Chill. Spread 1 1/2 cups of sour cream on top of jelled 1/2. Jell this 1/2 of mixture.

I use a Tupperware Jello mold with plastic cover. When chilled and ready to serve, turn upside down and remove mold onto serving dish.
