DON'S CHILI SUPREME 
4 lbs. ground meat (venison, beef, etc.)
3 c. water
3 cloves garlic (minced) or 1 tsp. powder
2 lg. chopped onions
2 cans tomatoes
1 can green chilies
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. cumin
5 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. masa
1 can mushrooms
Cayenne pepper to taste
1/4 c. olive oil
2 cans kidney beans, optional

Mix Masa with 3/4 cup hot water and add after other ingredients are cooked, to thicken chili. Brown meat in skillet. Put in a large pot and add all other ingredients, except Masa. Simmer until done. Add Masa to thicken. Serve and enjoy!. NOTE: Drain all grease from meat after browning.
