SURPRISE CHEESE PUFFS 
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
24 stuffed olives

Blend butter, add cheese, blend thoroughly with a fork; stir in flour, paprika and salt; mix well. Blot olives with paper towels. Divide dough into 24 pieces. Mold a piece of dough around each olive, covering completely. Arrange on cookie sheet and freeze until solid. Place in a plastic bag or other freezer container until ready to bake. About 20 minutes before serving, preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake frozen cheese balls on cookie sheet 15 to 20 minutes until lightly brown.
