1/2 head lettuce, chopped
1 lg. bunch broccoli, chopped
1 reg. size head cauliflower, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 (10 oz.) box frozen peas, do not thaw
1/2 carrot stick, grated fine
1 c. mild cheddar cheese

Mix and toss vegetables with this dressing: 1 pkg. Good Italian seasoning mix 1/3 c. sugar

For decorations use other half of box of peas, sprinkle 1 cup of mild cheddar cheese and 1/2 carrot stick, grated fine. Optional: Fry 3 to 4 slices of bacon and crumble on top. Important: Make ahead and refrigerate overnight.
