BANANA TEA BREAD 
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. mashed banana (2 lg.)
1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. heavy cream

Set oven at 350 degrees to preheat. Grease 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan or 9 x 13 inch pan. Chop nuts. Mash bananas. Sift together flour, soda and salt. Combine butter, sugar, egg and flavoring in mixing bowl. Cream on beat-whip speed for 1 1/2 minutes. Stop, scrape bowl, add banana, cream, nuts and flour mixture. Beat on stir-mix speed about 1/2 minute until well blended. Bake in loaf pans about 1 hour or until done. Cool before serving.
