PEANUT BUTTER HAYSTACK 
1 c. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. salted peanuts
2 c. chow mein noodles

Place chips and peanut butter in a 2 quart bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave for 3 to 5 minutes until most chips are soft. Stir in peanuts and chow mein noodles. Drop with fork onto wax paper.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
