PEANUT BUTTER HAYSTACKS 
1 c. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. peanuts
2 c. chow mein noodles

Place chips and peanut butter in 2-quart bowl. Microwave at 50% power 3-5 minutes until most of the chips are shiny and soft. Blend well. Stir in peanuts and noodles. Drop by forkfuls. Cool until set, about an hour.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
