PEANUT BUTTER HAYSTACKS 
1 c. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. salted peanuts
2 c. chow mein noodles

Makes about 2 1/2 dozen.

Place chips and peanut butter in bowl. Cover. Microwave at 50% power 3 to 5 minutes until most of the chips are shiny or soft; blend well. Stir in peanuts and chow mein noodles with rubber spatula. Drop by forkfuls onto wax paper. Cool until set.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
