WASH DAY SOUP 
1 lb. ground round steak
2 eggs
1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. pepper, optional
Salt to taste

Combine all ingredients, mix thoroughly. Shape into balls, drop into 3 pints boiling water, lightly salted. Reduce heat. Simmer 20 minutes. Serve with toast covered with grated cheese. Yield: 4 servings.
