HARLEQUIN DESSERT 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. each of orange, lime & strawberry flavored gelatin
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 c. cold water
2 (9 or 10 oz.) pkgs. frozen whipped topping
8 Lady Fingers, split

Early in day or day before, prepare orange, lime and strawberry gelatins separately, as directed on the package. Pour into 3 (8") square pans; chill until firm.

In a large bowl, dissolve lemon gelatin in the 1 1/2 cups boiling water; add lemon juice and cold water; chill until mixture begins to mound from spoon. Fold in the whipped topping.

To assemble dessert: cut in the orange, lime and strawberry gelatins into 1/2" cubes; carefully fold into the lemon gelatin mixture. Line the sides of a 9" spring form pan with waxed paper, then Lady Fingers, rounded side out. Spoon mixture into pan; chill until firm. To serve, remove pan and waxed paper. Makes 10 servings.
