3/4 c. salad dressing
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. peppers
1/4 c. onions
1/4 c. celery
4 hard boiled eggs
1 tbsp. horseradish
Salt to taste

Cook and cube potatoes (4 or 5 large ones). Cut up peppers, celery, onions and eggs. Mix vinegar, mustard, sugar and horseradish with salad dressing. Mix well. Garnish with some egg slices and paprika.
