HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
1 1/4 c. butter
2 lbs. beef
1 c. sliced onion
1 sm. clove garlic
3/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash cayenne red pepper
1 1/2 c. water

Melt butter and add cubed beef, onion, garlic and brown in pan. Stir in ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, paprika, dry mustard, cayenne pepper and 1 1/2 cups of water. Add to goulash until thickened. Serve over rice or noodles. About 40 minutes.
