SOUPER BURGERS 
2 lbs. ground chuck
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. shortening
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 cans chicken gumbo soup
Dash pepper
12 buns, split and toasted

In skillet, brown chuck and onion in shortening. Stir to separate meat, drain. Add soup and seasonings. Cook 5 minutes. Stir now and then. Serve on buns.
