Yellow squash
Salt
Pepper
1 egg, beaten
Flour
Onion, diced

Boil yellow squash until tender. Drain well. Add salt, pepper and egg. Stir in enough flour to thicken. Drop from spoon into hot vegetable oil. Drain in paper towel. Can add diced onion if desired.
