SQUASH CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts
2 c. squash, grated
3 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract

Cream sugar, flour and eggs. Mix in oil, all dry ingredients and nuts. Fold in squash. Pour in greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
