HOT FUDGE CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines sour cream chocolate cake mix
1/2 gal. (block size) vanilla ice cream
2 jars Smucker's hot fudge topping (milk chocolate)

Bake cake according to package directions in 9 x 13 inch pan; cool. Cut cake into little squares, slice lengthwise to make 2 layers. Place slice of ice cream between layers. Heat Smucker's hot fudge topping in microwave for 1 minute (each jar with lid off) stir every 15 seconds. Top cake with hot fudge sauce. May top with Cool Whip and cherry if desired. Serves 15.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
