ANGEL DESSERT 
1 angel food cake
2 pkgs. strawberry Jello
1 lg. pkg. (1 qt.) frozen strawberries
1 pt. cream, whipped
2 c. hot water
1/2 c. sugar

Partially thaw the berries. Dissolve Jello in the boiling water. Add sugar and chill until slightly thickened. Fold in berries and whipped cream.

Cut cake into 1 inch pieces. Arrange half in a 13x9x2 pan. Pour about half the gelatin mixture over the cake. Top with remaining cake, then the rest of the gelatin. Chill until set. Top with additional whipped cream.
